3. Fully automatic welding pipe units. Highly automated operation, capable of automatic pipe conveying, centering, heating, and welding, with high production efficiency and stable welding quality, suitable for mass production.
4. Multi-purpose welding pipe units. Integrate multiple functions such as butt welding, assembly, circumferential welding, and straight seam welding, with strong adaptability and the ability to meet complex pipeline welding requirements.
5. Special welding pipe units. Used for welding special pipelines such as large-diameter pipes, small-diameter pipes, or extra-thick pipes, with highly customized functions.
6. Track-type welding pipe units. Can move on site tracks, mainly used for on-site welding of long-distance or large-section pipelines.
7. Rotary welding pipe units. Equipped with a rotating platform inside, allowing for convenient all-around welding and circumferential welding, and flexible operation.
In summary, there are many types of welding pipe units. Selecting the appropriate model and level of automation based on the production environment and pipeline welding conditions can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of pipeline welding operations.
