1. High-frequency power supply. The high-frequency generator in the equipment can generate high-frequency currents, generally in the range of 10kHz~500kHz. This current can excite the electrons and ions in the pipe material, increasing their speed and generating heat.
2. Induction heating. The high-frequency current is introduced into both ends of the pipe material through a power regulator and a welding head. The pipe material itself generates high-frequency eddy currents through induction, causing the pipe material to heat up rapidly and reach its melting point, starting to melt the contact surface.
3. Automatic feed and retraction rack. Used for pipe material entry and exit and positioning. During the welding process, it automatically advances the pipe material to achieve continuous automated production.
4. Inner and outer diameter setting. The inner and outer diameter measurement system is used to detect the pipe material dimensions and match them with the preset welding process parameters. It automatically adjusts the welding head movement trajectory to complete the precise weld formation.
5. Sealing and cooling system. The inside is an isolated space, completely sealed from the outside, and equipped with a cooling water system to protect the circuit system and cool the welding hot zone, ensuring stable operation of the equipment.
6. Process control system. All mechanical actions and welding parameters such as high-frequency power, welding head movement speed, and cooling water volume are controlled by a microcomputer. The process parameters are input through the human-machine interface to achieve high-automation control.
